The Government of Morocco claims to have trained 1,000 young people in digital fields through the JobInTech program, from June 2023 to June 2024. The training courses held as part of the program aim to reach 15,000 people by 2026. Indeed, the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform of Morocco has indicated that Morocco will extend the JobInTech program to all regions of the country. The program targets graduates, as well as those who want to reorient their careers or are looking for job opportunities, by offering them intensive training to facilitate their integration into the workforce. These courses integrate theoretical and practical skills in various fields such as software development, data analysis and artificial intelligence.

After one year of implementation, the pilot phase made it possible to train 1,000 learners with a professional integration rate of over 73%. In its national configuration, JobInTech aims to train and integrate 15,000 new young talents by 2026
