The Ministry of Finance and Budget has published a report offering an overview of Senegal's financial projections. This is the multiannual budgetary and economic programming document for the period 2025-2027

Le rapport publié par le ministère mentionne que les ressources budgétaires globales pour l' année 2025 sont estimées à 5 677.7 billion CFA francs (about 8.63 million euros). This represents an increase of 15.5% compared to the revised 2024 amount. According to the document, “this increase reflects the government's efforts to increase tax revenues and optimize public resources.” For the period 2025-2027, the Ministry of Finance and Budget forecasts an upward trend in budgetary resources with an average growth rate of 19%. The tax burden is projected at an average of 21.2%, up from the 20.1% forecast for 2024. Total spending for 2025 is scheduled at 6,390.2 billion CFA francs, marking an increase of 8.7% compared to the revised 2024 forecasts
