The final communiqué of the Council of Ministers on Thursday, June 20, announced the adoption by Gabon of a bill authorizing the State to take out a loan in the amount of 56.2 million euros from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (BIRD), an entity of the World Bank.

The transitional government in Gabon wants to finance the project entitled “Gabon Digital” based on the bill adopted by the Council of Ministers last Thursday.
