On Tuesday, July 16, an agreement was signed between Achraf Hassan Tarsim, the ADB's country manager for Morocco, and Nizar Baraka, the Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, and Innovation, and Innovation, on Tuesday, July 16. This agreement led to the payment of 120 million euros by the African Development Bank (AfDB).

The funding will allow the Moroccan government to design and implement new university training programs in the digital field, adapted to the needs of the job market and the expectations of national and foreign investors. It will also provide universities with computer equipment and digitize university services. This financing is one of the four granted to Morocco for a total amount of 604 million euros.
