The proposed sale is subject to the usual suspensive conditions as well as to the validation of the competent financial and regulatory authorities. Indeed, Atlantic Financial Group would take over all the activities operated by this subsidiary, as well as all the client portfolios and all the employees of this entity. This transaction would have a positive impact of around 2 basis points on the Group's CET1 ratio at the expected finalization date by the end of the first quarter of 2025
