On Wednesday, October 23, Moody's Ratings (Moody's) confirmed Ba2's long-term Corporate Family Rating (CFR), Ba2's long-term domestic currency issuer rating, Ba2's long-term domestic currency issuer rating, Ba2's long-term issuer rating in domestic currency, and Ba2's long-term issuer rating in domestic currency, on Wednesday, October 23, 2018, Moody's Ratings (Moody's) confirmed Ba2's long-term domestic currency issuer rating (CFR),

as well as the short-term issuer ratings in national currency and foreign currencies of Not Prime from the Regional Bank for Mortgage Refinancing of the UEMOA (CRRH- UEMOA).

CRRH- UEMOA's long-term issuer rating in local currency of Ba2 is aligned with its long-term CFR rating of Ba2. The long-term issuer rating in foreign currencies of CRRH- UEMOA is capped by the assessment of the relevant foreign currency ceiling at Ba3. The autonomous assessment B1 of CRRH- UEMOA reflects the high quality of the company's assets, supported by a conservative structuring of its loans, an adapted maturity of assets and liabilities, combined with solid liquidity, with liquid assets in relation to total assets, accounting for approximately 45% of total assets, with liquid assets in relation to total assets accounting for approximately 45%

of total assets.
