Togo obtained from investors the sum of 22 billion CFA francs at the end of its simultaneous auction of 182-day treasury bills organized on Thursday 5 June 2025 on the UEMOA financial market. This sum will be used to ensure that the financing needs of the budget are covered.

The issuer has put 20 billion CFA francs up for auction. Investor submissions global bids of 53.094 billion FCFA. This corresponds to a coverage rate of 265.47% for the amount put up for auction. The amount of bids accepted by the issuer is 22 billion and that rejected at 31.094 billion FCFA. This gives an absorption rate of 41.44%

Investors whose bids were selected will end up with a weighted average return of 6.02%. The Togolese Public Treasury intends to repay the bonds on the first working day following the due date set on December 8, 2025.
