The Vicenne group obtained, on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, the approval of the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) for its listing on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, by means of a capital increase reserved for the public.

The Vicenne IPO will be carried out by means of a capital increase in the amount of 500 million dirhams, through the issuance of 2.1 million new shares, at a unit price of 236 dirhams.

Vicenne is one of the main suppliers of equipment, solutions and services with a strong technological component for health professionals in Morocco (hospitals, clinics, medical offices, medical offices, laboratories, Ministry of Health, etc.).

The group has also established long-term partnerships with world-renowned international suppliers. Elekta, Philips Medical Solutions, Mindray, Abbott and Beckman Coulter are among the reference brands, some of which are distributed exclusively by the group
