Le rapport d' exécution budgétaire du premier trimestre 2025 publié lundi soir par l The Minister of Finance and Budget mentions that the overall debt of 176 public structures amounts to 792.88 billion CFA francs and is broken down into operating debt for an amount of 262.67 billion and bank debt estimated at 530.21 billion

The fiscal execution report for the first quarter of 2025 indicates that the sector's bank debt is distributed as follows: 504.04 billion for FERA; 2.09 billion for ASER; 2.09 billion for ASER; 24.04 billion for the FHS and 0.03 billion in bank overdraft for the CHR of Tambacounda. The operating debt, which amounts to 226.77 billion, is broken down, according to the supervision of supplier debts of 150.76 billion; fiscal debts of 54.18 billion and social debts of 21.83 billion. The document states that, with respect to the 176 public organizations (POs) in the parastatal sector they include 34 agencies; 35 similar or similar administrative structures; and 36 public health institutions. But also, from 21 Universities, Faculties, Higher Schools and ISEP; from 07 Regional Centers for University Works (CROUS). And 14 schools and institutes; 14 public establishments of a local administrative nature (Regional Development Agencies) and 15 public establishments of an industrial and commercial nature (EPIC). The latter have accumulated a budget of 2,140.73 billion.
