During his pleadings on 2 June last, he also requested the conviction of Mr. Baldé to pay this amount, and GNF 1 billion in damages for all damages combined
.Moreover, the decision rendered by Judge Yagouba Conté on Monday afternoon thus reinforces the position of Mamadou Saidou Baldé, who has constantly maintained his innocence throughout the trial.
