Capital raising reached 53.71 billion dirhams (MMDH) at the end of June 2025, compared to 53.92 billion MAD at the same period of the previous year, according to the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC).

During the first half of 2025, the capital market remained almost stable with fundraising of around 53.71 billion dirhams (BMDH), compared to 53.92 billion MAD in the reference period of the year before, according to the monthly indicators of the AMMC.

These raises mainly include bond issues totaling 23.3 billion DH, issues of negotiable debt securities (TCN) worth 28.44 billion DH, as well as equity issues for 1.97 billion DH, as well as equity issues for 1.97 billion DH, specifies the Moroccan Capital Market Authority.

The outstanding amount of securities-lending transactions reached 36.6 billion dinars at the end of June 2025, up 1% since the start of the year and 34% year-on-year.

For the month of June 2025 alone, capital raised was 17.75 billion dinars, including 13.8 billion dinars from bond issues and 1.97 billion dinars from bond issues and MAD 1.97 billion from equity issues.
