Performance and Rigor

Mrs. Ingrid AWADE implements professionalism and rigor to guarantee partners, services of a very high quality. Appointed in April 2017, she has undertaken ambitious projects with the aim of strengthening the long-term financial viability of the Social Security Scheme managed by the CNSS and improving the social coverage of workers in the private, parapublic and informal sectors.

In the space of three years, Mrs. Ingrid AWADE has been able to initiate a dynamic of transformation of the Institution as a whole through:

- The digitization of all social services (Electronic Document Management, Telepayment, Teledeclaration) and the establishment of services dedicated to users,

- The creation of a training program for social partners called "Vendredi de la Secu"

- The initiation and management of major real estate projects, in particular “Résidence Renaissance” and “Saint Pérégrin Reference Hospital”.

Mrs. Ingrid AWADE was, from May 2006 to December 2013, at the head of the former Directorate General of Taxes, which became the Togolese Revenue Office (OTR) with the merger with customs.

It should be rightly noted that Mrs. Ingrid AWADE did not arrive by chance in the seraglios of high finance, and even less by the door of Taxes.

Holder of a DESS in Management Control and Information System obtained in France, the portfolio of Risk Manager Founded by Principal Power, at the Guarantee Fund for Private Investments in West Africa (GARI Fund), will be entrusted to him in 2001. She left the GARI Fund in 2003, for her first position as Managing Director, at the Société de Gestion et d'Intermédiation (SGI-TOGO), a brokerage firm in Togo.

The most exciting and rewarding adventure will undoubtedly be that of the Delegation to the Organization of the Informal Sector (DOSI), from January 2014 to March 2017.

She worked there to put under the spotlight this part of the economy left behind and to reveal the thousands of women and men, brave craftsmen, traders and other "small bosses" of the informal sector.

In the shadows and silence, Mrs. Ingrid AWADE, has already accumulated more than twenty years of a rich managerial career, while remaining this strong woman respected by all.
