At the end of the trading session on Thursday, August 21, 2025, the three flagship indices of the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) experienced a general increase.

The BRVM Composite Index thus increased by 0.41% to 318.59 points against 317.30 points previously. For its part, the BRVM 30 index rose by 0.49% to 154.80 points against 154.05 points the day before. As for the BRVM Prestige index, it increased by 0.28% to 132.08 points against 131.71 points the day before.

The total value of transactions is above one billion FCFA with an achievement of 1.012 billion FCFA against 925,776 million FCFA the day before.

The capitalization of the equity market increased by 50.082 billion, reaching FCFA 12,283.655 billion against FCFA 12,233.573 billion on August 20, 2025. That of the bond market rose by 15.618 billion, from 10 456.818 billion FCFA the day before to 10 472.436 billion FCFA on August 21, 2025.

The Top 5 of the largest price increases are occupied respectively by SAFCA Côte d'Ivoire shares (plus 7.46% at 1,225 FCFA), Uniwax Côte d'Ivoire (4.23% to 740 FCFA), Sucrivoire Côte d'Ivoire (plus 2.95% at 1220 FCFA), Bernabé Côte d'Ivoire (plus 2.56% at 1,220 FCFA), Bernabé Côte d'Ivoire (plus 2.56% at FCFA) and Servair Abidjan Côte d'Ivoire (plus 2.56% at FCFA) 1 800 FCFA).
