Through a Public Exchange Offer, the State of Côte d'Ivoire has proposed to the holders of thirty (30) of its listed securities to exchange the capital and interest inflows, scheduled for the period from February 28, 2025 to June 30, 2025, for securities issued from two (2) new bond bonds, called:” TPCI 5.90% 2025-2030” and “TPCI 6.00% 2025-2032"

This operation was based on three mechanisms, namely the exchange of bonds, cash subscriptions, and debt conversions, thus making it possible to raise funds.

The issuance of the new bonds "TPCI 5.90% 2025-2030" and" TKP 6.00% 2025-2032" in the public at a price of 10,000 FCFA per bond took place from February 19 to March 04, 2025.

At the end of this transaction, 23,907,804 “TPRS 5.90% 2025-2030” bonds and 21,967,613 “TPCI 6.00% 2025-2032" bonds were subscribed on the UEMOA Regional Financial Market, for a total amount of 458,754,170,000 FCFA.

The date of enjoyment of these bonds is 6 March 2025.

In order to allow the trading of securities on the Regional Financial Market, the Regional Securities Exchange (BRVM) informs the public and market participants that the first listing of the "TPC⇒ 5.90% 2025-2030" and" TPCI 6.00% 2025-2032" loans admitted to the BRVM Bonds Compartment, will take place on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.

The listing procedure used for the first day of trading is the ordinary procedure with a reference price set at 10,000 FCFA, for each bond.

The Management and Intermediation Company (SGI) BRIDGE SECURITIES CI, is responsible for the initial public offering of bond bonds entitled "TŘS2 5.90% 2025-2030" and"

TPCI 6.00% 2025-2032".
