At the end of the trading session on Wednesday July 14, 2021, the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) erased its underperformance from the previous day. Crown Siem Côte d'Ivoire, Sicor Côte d'Ivoire and Safca Côte d'Ivoire are the winning trio of the five stocks that recorded the highest price increases.

Crown Siem Côte d'Ivoire comes first with 7.37% at 510 FCFA. It is followed by Sicor Côte d'Ivoire (plus 7.36% at 2990 FCFA) and Safca Côte d'Ivoire (plus 7.34% at 585 FCFA). The rest of the Top 5 of the highest price increases are respectively occupied by the shares Uniwax Cote d'Ivoire (up 6.33% to 1,595 FCFA) and NEI CEDA Côte d'Ivoire (up 6.33% to 420 FCFA) . Flop 5 of the biggest price declines is respectively occupied by the shares Saph Côte d'Ivoire (minus 5.64% at 2,760 FCFA), Setao Côte d'Ivoire (minus 4.23% at 680 FCFA), Filtisac Côte d'Ivoire (minus 1.72% at 2,000 FCFA), Vivo Energy Côte d'Ivoire (minus 1.35% at 730 FCFA) and Palm Côte d'Ivoire (minus 1.05% at 4,250 FCFA).

The BRVM 10 index (the index of the 10 flagship stocks of the Stock Exchange) thus recorded an increase of 1.33% to 130.36 points against 128.65 points the day before. For its part, the BRVM Composite index (the general stock market index) gained 0.97% to 161.11 points against 159.57 points previously. The total value of the transactions amounted to 131.211 million FCFA against 93.334 million FCFA the day before. For its part, the market capitalization of the equity market recorded an increase of 46.383 billion FCFA, going from 4,802.271 billion FCFA on July 13, 2021 to 4,848.654 billion FCFA at the end of the day of July 14, 2021. That of bonds is also up by 3.15 billion to 6774.114 billion FCFA against 6770.964 billion FCFA the day before.
