The State of Côte d'Ivoire collected the sum of 64.999 billion FCFA at the end of a simultaneous auction issue of assimilable treasury bills (BAT) of 182 days and assimilable treasury bonds (OAT) of 7 and 10 years. This operation organized on February 22, 2022 on the WAEMU financial market aims to finance the country's budget.

The total amount of bids is 115.097 billion FCFA while the issuer has auctioned 65 billion FCFA. This gives a rate of coverage of the amount auctioned of 177.07%. The accepted bids amount to 64.999 billion FCFA and those rejected to 50.098 billion FCFA. This gives an absorption rate of 56.47%.

The warrants issued are redeemable on the first business day following the maturity date set at August 23, 2022. Interest is payable in advance and deducted from the nominal value of the warrants. With regard to the redemption of OATs, it will also take place on the first business day following the maturity date set at February 23, 2029 for 7-year securities and February 23, 2032 for 10-year OATs.
