Stebrae has signed 3 new agreements worth more than 233 billion CFA francs with the Islamic Development Bank (IDB). These agreements will focus on the Dakar/Tivaouane/Saint Louis motorway projects, phase 2 of the TER Diamniadio-AIBD and the construction of a commercial and residential Waqf complex for the benefit of the Daara.

These agreements were signed in the presence of the relevant ministerial departments, including Infrastructure, Land Transport and Openness and Economy, in the presence of Prof. IDB Group President Muhammad Sulaiman Al-Jasser. Ultimately, the projects should contribute to the objectives of the Emerging Senegal Plan, in particular the opening up of agricultural areas in the North, the resolution of urban and interurban mobility problems between Dakar and regional capitals, as well as the modernization of daaras.
