The Caisse Autonome d'Amortissement (CAA), the central body for mobilizing financing and managing public debt, has a new Director General.

Hugues Oscar LOKOSSOU. This is the name of the new Director of the CAA. The new master of the premises was the coordinator of the Strategic Support Unit of the Minister of Economy and Finance and Senior Assistant to the same Minister since 2017. He served from 2005 to 2016 at BCEAO Headquarters as Senior Specialist in charge of management control and budget before joining the Ministry of Economy and Finance in 2017. He holds a Master's degree in Financial Management, Management Control and Internal Audit (DFCGAI) from the University of Bordeaux (France) as well asa Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) in Finance and Management Control from the University of Abomey Calavi (Benin). He will be Chairman of the Board of Directors of the African Guarantee and Economic Cooperation Fund (FAGACE) between 2020 and 2021.
