The trading session on Thursday, August 4, 2022 reveals that the main indicators of the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) are evolving in a scattered position.

The total value of the transactions was 708.021 million FCFA against 498.293 million FCFA the day before. The capitalization of the equity market fell by 38.831 billion to 6271.870 billion FCFA against 6310.701 billion FCFA the day before. On the other hand, the bond market rose by 777 million, rising to 8081.175 billion FCFA against 808.398 billion FCFA the day before.

Indices are down again. The composite index (general stock market index) thus lost 0.62% to 208.35 points compared with 209.64 points the day before. For its part, the BRVM 10 index (index of the 10 leading stocks) also recorded a drop of 0.41% to 162.59 points compared to 163.26 points the day before.

Moreover, Bernabé Côte d'Ivoire, specialized in the sale of hardware products, achieved the largest price increase. This value in fact ended the trading session with an increase of 7.50% to 2,365 FCFA against 2,200 FCFA the day before, an increase of 165 FCFA. Bernabé is thus at the head of the Top 5 of the highest price increases.
