The weekly trading report was released on Friday 23 September in Lagos by the Financial Services Industry. On the Nigerian stock exchange, a table of activity is published with 381.958 million shares valued at N4.551 billion traded in 8,627 transactions.

Also, The NGX ASeM, NGX Growth and NGX SOVBND indices closed flat ($1 = N431) while the other indices ended lower with the exception of NGX Premium. except for NGX Premium, NGX Banking, NGX Pension, NGX AFR Bank Value and NGX MERI Value which appreciated by 0.13%, 2.27%, 0.05%, 0.08% and 1.84%.
