Africa Bitcoin Corporation Ltd announced that on November 3, 2025, the Group, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Africa Bitcoin Strategies Proprietary Limited, has acquired 1,0000 BTC for a total cash match of R 1,873,741, at a price average of R 1,873,741 per BTC (fees and expenses included).

This acquisition was financed by a portion of the funds raised during the capital increase mentioned above. The company maintains liquidity for future Bitcoin Treasury deployments.

Following this acquisition, the Group owns now 2.0116 BTC in total, for a total acquisition value of around 3 688,741 R, which corresponds to an average purchase price of approximately 1,833,698 R per BTC (fees and expenses included).
