The second edition of the World Bank Business Report Ready (B-Ready) 2025, published at the end of December mentions Togo confirms its reformative dynamic while maintaining its position as a top performer in the ranking of leading countries in terms of business climate in Africa of the West and its 3rd status in Sub-Saharan Africa with an overall score of 61.52 points.

Togo shines again on the chessboard African economy by rising into the top 3 of the most reformist countries from sub-Saharan Africa. According to the report, this performance reinforces the credibility of the country in terms of improving the business climate and modernization of public action. The country occupies the 1 ʳᵉ place in West Africa with a score of 61.52, and the 3 ᵉ place in sub-Saharan Africa, behind Rwanda and Mauritius. These results reflect a constant reform dynamic, welcomed by the investors and technical partners.

In the new ranking, Togo, in Africa of The West is ahead of Benin and Ghana which are ranked 2nd and 3rd respectively with 60.2 points and 56.8 points while in sub-Saharan Africa, it is ranked behind Rwanda (^1st) and Mauritius (^2nd), which total 67.9 points and 63.2 points respectively.
