The date for submission of tenders is set for Wednesday, April 10, 2019. The nominal unit value is ten thousand francs (10,000) and the value of the interest rate is 6.15%. The maturity is set for Monday, April 11, 2022 and the Bonds will be redeemed in full on the first business day following the maturity date (bullet redemption). Interest will be paid annually on the basis of a rate of 6.15% per year from the first year.
Interest earned on Assimilable Treasury Bonds is tax exempt for investors resident in Mali. Non-residents are subject to the taxation applicable in the territory of the country of residence.
