The Board of Directors of the African Fund of warranty (AGF ) West Africa announces the appointment of Serge MIAN as director general of the subsidiary as of November 3, 2025.

The new CEO of AGF is a banker A highly accomplished businessman who had a brilliant career working for leading employers such as JP Morgan , ey , Deloitte en France and AXA Investment Managers in the United States. The latter is a enthusiastic and experienced professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial sector internationally. Before joining AGF West Africa, he held the position of investment director and investor relations at Orabank, a pan-African banking group. To this As such, he successfully managed fundraising as well as all strategic initiatives and projects of the group.

He will lead the team responsible for developing the activities by AGF en French-speaking and English-speaking West Africa. Its main responsibilities will be as follows:
