The Togolese National Assembly has taken a step forward significant in the fight against illicit financial flows. The country is equipped with a new legal arsenal against illicit financial flows and the financing the proliferation of weapons.

Deputies adopted, at the sixth sitting plenary the draft law on the fight against money laundering, the financing of terrorism and the proliferation of weapons of destruction massive. The text was passed by an absolute majority of the parliamentarians present, under the chairmanship of Professor Komi Selom Klassou and in the presence of Ministers for Finance and Relations with Parliament.
