"CGF Bourse is elected best management and intermediation company of the WAEMU at the end of the first
edition of the BRVM Awards, held on February 8, 2020 in Abidjan," said a statement sent Thursday to

"The evaluation of the SGI was based mainly on the activities of the year 2019 and focused on criteria
quantitative and qualitative including the value of transactions on the BRVM, assets under custody, the
presence on social networks, the availability of a platform dedicated to customers and, among others, the
quality of service to customers", explains the press release received from CGF Bourse.
According to the same source, the director general of CGF Bourse, Marie Odile Sène Kantoussan, who received the
trophy on the occasion of a gala dinner, "dedicated this award to the entire CGF Bourse team, but especially to Feu
Gabriel Fal, founder of CGF Bourse and CGF Gestion", who died last September.
Gabriel Fal "contributed to the start-up of the BRVM's activities, as a member of the technical committee,
before creating, in 1998, CGF Bourse", which "has since contributed, through its initiatives, to the promotion of b
regional financial market and the popularization of stock market and financial culture in our area," reads
in the press release.
This distinction is due to the "performance of CGF Bourse, which is ranked first SGI in the WAEMU
according to the value of transactions on the BRVM, at the end of 2019.
CGF Bourse is, today, the only SGI in the Union to be rated 5 stars, as a management, one
rating assigned in 2018 and renewed in September 2019 by the WARA agency, which indicates, in its
report, that +the governance of the SGI is sound and its management team robust +", adds the text.
CGF Bourse is also ISO 9001 certified, "a recognition of its
quality (business control and high level of customer satisfaction) obtained since 2005, the first
of the kind in the regional financial market," according to the statement.
SGI thus makes "publications available to its customers and partners, through analyses and
research notes, on companies listed on the BRVM and allows them to access their accounts and a
relevant stock market and financial information, in real time, 24 hours a day, from a web
platform dedicated and called CGF Access, also available as a mobile application".
CGF Bourse also uses social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Tweeter and YouTube) to offer a
daily financial information, as well as practical advice, while interacting with his
"followers", according to the press release.
The BRVM Awards, intended to reward the "most deserving and dynamic" actors of the
regional financial market, "aim to promote excellence and good practices in the
sub-region and to contribute to the influence of our stock exchange".
The jury of the BRVM Awards 2020 was made up of banker Charles Kié, co New African Capital Partners, which chaired it, Lala Moulaye, vice-president of
the Professional Association of Banks and Financial Institutions of Côte d'Ivoire (APBEF CI), de
Martine Coffi-Studer, President and CEO of Ocean Ogilvy (a communications agency).

It also included Stanislas Zézé, President of Bloomfield Investment Corporation (a rating agency)
and Lucien Agbia, Managing Director of Multi Consul Gestion.
