Le Parquet général près la Cour de cassation a arrêté ce samedi 18 décembre à kinshasa, l'ancien gouverneur du Kongo-central, Atou Matubuana. Selon des sources judiciaires, il se trouve présentement au cachot de la Gombe.

 

La dernière décision judiciaire du Conseil d'État avait réhabilité l'ex gouverneur dans ses fonctions. Mais, il n'a jamais repris ledites fonctions, se butant au refus d'exécution du Vice-premier ministre et ministre de l'intérieur.
