A trading ceremony for TPCI 5.75% bond loans 2019-2026 (0.35 and
0.36) of the Ivorian public treasury, worth 196.6 billion CFA francs, took place on Tuesday at the
Abidjan Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM).
On behalf of the Treasury and Public Accounting, the Director of Public Debt and Donations, Jules
Coulibaly, specified that the two bond instruments, whose initial amounts were 60 billion and
of 50 billion CFA francs over seven years, were subscribed with amounts of 116.6 billion CFA respectively and
79.966 billion FCFA over the periods from 24 June to 8 July and from 08 to 16 August 2019.
For the year 2020, he announced that the objective set by the Public Treasury is 1494.4 billion FCFA, an increase
compared to 2019 by 174 billion FCFA.
As such, Mr. Coulibaly promised that the program schedule has been finalized and will be updated within days to
come at the disposal of the market.
The managing director of BRVM, Edoh Kossi Amenounvé, specified that this IPO of
