During its fourth and final regular session of the year, held on Friday November 14, 2025, the Bélier Regional Council has adopted in Tié-N'Diékro, an initial budget of 3,371,331,000 FCFA for the financial year 2026.

The 2026 budget is balanced in operation at 1.25 billion FCFA and in investment at 2.11 billion FCFA, or nearly 63% of the total, according to the council's chief financial officer, Kah Patrick. According to him, the decrease of 2.4 billion FCFA compared to 2025 due to “the non-taking into account of the surplus of investment projects still under implementation.” The adoption of this Budget comes as the region continues to invest, in particular in the sub-prefectures of Tié-N'Diékro and Raviart. According to President Konan, 373.09 million FCFA were injected into this zone between 2013 and 2025, including 126.45 million FCFA for education, 185.11 million FCFA for health and 61.52 million FCFA for security. For the period 2026-2028, 343.2 million Additional FCFA are scheduled, including 114 million FCFA for Tié-N'Diékro.

At the start of work, Raymond Konan Kouakou welcomed the peaceful climate that prevailed during the presidential election on 25 October 2025 and called for maintaining social cohesion in the approach of the legislative elections of 27 December.
