The Shareholders of the Ivorian Bank Company are convened to the General Meeting acting on an ordinary basis on Monday, May 18, 2022. Shareholders who would actually like to attend the Shareholders' Meeting by videoconference, to be identified and receive the ad hoc link, must first inform the Chairman of the Board of Directors by e-mail or by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

Given the health situation and the strict prevention system put in place by the SIB in order to help curb the spread of the CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 disease, the distribution of objects will be limited to the strict necessary allowing the effective holding of the General Assembly (documents reference, notepads and pens). In addition, shareholders are reminded that the articles of association of the Société Ivoirienne de Banque allow participation in the General Meeting by videoconference as well as postal voting.

On the agenda, among others, the Presentation of the Management Report and the Governance Report, the presentation of the General Report of the Statutory Auditors on the accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021, the presentation of the Special Report of the Statutory Auditors on the agreements, the approval of the accounts closed on 31 December 2021, the approval of the agreements referred to in Article 438 of the OHADA Uniform Act on Commercial Company Law and EIG.
