As of Monday, September 1, 2025, Ivorians are benefiting from a reduction in fuel prices. Information was communicated through an official note from the Ministry of Mines, Oil and Energy.

Since 2017, the Ivorian State has supported the authorities of purchasing through subsidies and price caps. It's the second drop in fuel this year, since the upward trend started in October 2023. Indeed, the liter of unleaded super and that of diesel are experiencing a decrease of 25 FCFA, from 855 to 830 FCFA respectively. As for kerosene, the price is now 675 FCFA per liter against 700 FCFA previously. These rates will be applied throughout the country national until September 30, 2025.

The prices per liter of super and diesel are respectively increased from 815 to 875 FCFA and from 655 to 715 FCFA.

As a reminder, the liter of Super saw a drop of 20 FCFA and that of diesel by 15 FCFA in

April 2025.
