Gozem, the African Super App, announced in October Last the official launch of Gozem Money in partnership with NSIA Banque Togo, a leading banking player committed to the digitalization of services financial.

Gozem Money is the new mobile money solution. To expand access to financial services, Gozem Money is distinguished by a deliberately low tariff policy. As of September 30, 2025, the costs of withdrawals are up to five times less than those generally practiced, thus offering an affordable alternative to users. On amounts to withdraw 5000, 15000 and 150000 CFA, the withdrawal fees are respectively at 50, 150 and 1500 CFA francs, i.e. 2 times cheaper.

In addition to economic benefits, the solution relies on total interoperability with all Mobile players Money from the country. Users can recharge their wallets via agents Gozem or directly from their bank account, make transfers between operators, and pay for their purchases on all platforms compatible.

This flexibility of use also extends to merchants, who can easily accept digital payments thanks to simplified infrastructure.

Gozem is the super app for French-speaking Africa. The application, available on Android and iOS, includes a multitude of services including transport, e-commerce and financial services to its 3 types of customers from French-speaking sub-Saharan Africa: consumers, partner drivers as well as partner merchants and businesses. Gozem currently operates in Togo, Benin, Benin, Gabon and Cameroon with more of 1 million downloads, over 20 million runs made in 16 cities, since its launch in November 2018.

While NSIA Banque Togo is a branch of NSIA Banque Bénin, itself a subsidiary of the banking division of the NSIA Group, present in five countries in the UEMOA zone. Established in Togo since 2011, the Banque has established itself as a committed and recognized player in the financial landscape national. It has a network of 12 agencies and 3 cash points spread over the main economic areas of the country, in order to guarantee proximity constant with its customers.
