The show referenced VI/EM/039/2025, is part of
the company's financing strategy and intervenes after registration,
by the AMMC, of the issuer's 2024 reference document and of its first
refresh. According to the prospectus in question, the transaction concerns an overall ceiling
of 900 million Dirhams, divided into three unlisted instalments. These slices
stand out for their respective maturities of 2 years (Tranche A), 3 years
(Tranche B) and 4 years (Tranche C), with a repayment of the principal in fine.
The facial interest rate will be revised every 13 weeks. For the first period, it will correspond to the full rate 13 weeks determined with reference to the reference market yield curve Treasury bill secondary published by Bank Al-Maghrib the December 4, 2025, increased by a risk premium. This is fixed at 45 points Basic for Band A, 55 bps for Band B and 65 bps for Band B
C.The subscription period will run from 5th to 9th
December 2025 inclusive, specifies the AMMC.
