Chariot Corporation signed an agreement binding with the local partner Continental Lithium Limited. This agreement aims to formalize small-scale mining on its four project areas with high potential.

Specializing in lithium exploration, the Chariot Corporation has taken decisive action to unlock short-term cash flow from its lithium portfolio nigerian. The agreement, concluded (Chariot 66.667%, Continental 33.333%), is conditional on the finalization of the acquisition by Chariot of its stake in C&C Minerals and Nigerian projects under a sale agreement of shares announced at the ASX in mid-July 2025, after which C&C Minerals will then serve as the holding company for the Nigerian lithium portfolio of Trolley.

Once the deal is finalized, continental will handle mining and logistics in the field, taking advantage of its local expertise, while Chariot will take care of the financing of the project, pick-up agreements and regulatory compliance.

Continental Lithium is a mining and private commercial company based in Nigeria, incorporated in 2017 and which started its activities in 2018.

Chariot can provide up to $500,000 USD working capital loans on commercial terms, repayable thanks to the first cash flows.
