ICG Silver & Gold Ltd announced January 19, 2026 the appointment of Mr. Gary Baschuk to the Board of Directors, including of immediate effect.

Gary Baschuk has significant experience brought together in 40 years of career as a geologist, investment banker and analyst mining, with a specialization in small and medium-sized businesses exploration, development and production of precious metals in America and in West Africa.

According to Jeff Swinoga , chairman of the board of administration of ICG, “Gary's expertise makes a valuable contribution to our board, as we seek to fully exploit the potential of the district of Tuscarora in Nevada. His field experience and technical knowledge of the region will be invaluable assets for the launch of our program phase 1 exploration.

Early in his career at Barrick Gold, Gary assumed a large range of responsibilities, ranging from the exploration of new deposits to development and production, particularly at the Holt-McDermott mine in Ontario and to the Rodeo/Griffin underground mine, which is part of the complex Meikle-Goldstrike in Nevada.

As a reminder, ICG Silver & Gold Ltd is a new mining exploration and development company that promotes the Tuscarora district in northern Nevada. The company's strategy is focused on:

* Advancing the Tuscarora District by systematic exploration and technical studies;

* Development of a geological model at the scale of district; and
