For its 5th exit on the regional financial market in 2020 and its first with a mobilization target of 50 billion, Togo signed a new successful operation, with a raising of about 55 billion FCFA.

The loan made via a simultaneous issue of assimilable treasury bonds (OAT) was subscribed at more than 150%. That is more than 75 billion FCFA of subscriptions recorded. However, Togo will only retain 55 billion FCFA, as indicated this Friday by the agency UMOA-Titres.

For this great first, the OAT issued for 3 years of maturity made it possible to mobilize a total of 48 billion FCFA and to keep more than 31 billion FCFA while those covering 5 years, attracted bids of nearly 12 billion FCFA. Togo retains about 11 billion FCFA.

As for the securities issued for 7 years, they have mobilized investments to the tune of nearly 16 billion FCFA on the regional financial market. There, the Treasury keeps 12.5 billion FCFA.
