The objective is to address fragility and build resilience in Africa by carrying out an accurate diagnosis of
situations of fragility faced by countries.
For the entire community of development partners, the creation of a new evaluation tool
of fragility and resilience represents a contribution to the search for greater efficiency
in the Bank's interventions, explain the AfDB lake officials.
National accountants meeting Monday in Lomé
Since Monday in Lomé, the institution has been training national accountants from thirty African countries in the techniques
of the CRFA.
'This meeting is the first milestone in efforts to understand, monitor and sustainably address the
fragility of States", explains Georges Bohoussou, country manager at the AfDB.
