The new Sherpa Boubou Cissé who also holds the portfolio of Minister of Economy and Finance is accompanied during his visit, from May 19 to 21, 2019, by the Minister of Mines and Petroleum Lelenta Hawa Baba Bah, that of Energy and Water, Sambou Wague and that of Transport and Urban Mobility Ibrahima Abdoul Ly.

On the menu, the Prime Minister's delegation must meet the highest authorities of the country, including among others His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Prince, the Minister of State for International Cooperation, Mrs. Reem Ebrahim Al Hashimi.

In stone, the signing of three agreements including the Draft Agreement on Cooperation and Mutual Assistance in Customs Matters, the Draft Agreement on Cooperation in the Cultural Field; the Draft Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Mali and the United Arab Emirates.

During this visit, the Head of Government Boubou Cissé will also meet the Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Highness Sheikh Abdallah Bin ZAYED Al Nahyan, the Minister of State for Defence, Mohamed Al Bowardi and especially the CEO of Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development ( KFED), Hussain Al Nowais for the signing of an important loan agreement.

The granting of this KFED loan agreement to Mali is an extension of the support of the United Arab Emirates to the Government of Mali, whose previous agreement signed in January 2019 amounted to some 25 million US dollars.
