recorded at the end of the trading session of the Regional Stock Exchange of
Securities (BRVM), from Wednesday, October 8, 2025.
The total value of
transactions amounted to 4.240 billion CFA francs against 1.433 billion the
Standby. At the origin of these strong transactions, there is, on the one hand, a value
traded of 2.240 billion FCFA at the level of the equity compartment and
on the other hand, a traded value of 1.999 billion FCFA at the level of
bond compartment. For the first compartment, the market has, in
Individual registered transactions involving 50,564 Sonatel shares
Senegal for a value of 1.309 billion FCFA and 15,642 SAPH Côte shares
Ivory for a total value of 122,632 million FCFA. At the level of
bond compartment, transactions relating to
200,000 TPCI bonds (Public Treasury of Côte d'Ivoire) 5.75% 2022—2037
for a total value of 1.996 billion FCFA.
The market capitalization of the equity market increased by
81.965 billion, up from 12 684.143 billion FCFA the day before to
FCFA 12,766.108 billion on October 8, 2025. As for the capitalization of
bond market, it fell by 48.095 billion,
settling at 10 978.539 against 11 026.634 billion FCFA the
Standby.
The three main indices are all in green. A strong increase of 1.06% is
rated on the BRVM Prestige index at 139.04 points against 137.58 points
previously. For its part, the BRVM Composite index rose by 0.65% to
331.11 points against 328.98 points the day before. As for the BRVM 30 index, it has
increased by 0.62% to 163.94 points against 162.93 points the day before.
The Top 5 of the largest price increases are occupied respectively by
Tractafric Motors Côte d'Ivoire shares (plus 7.46% at 3,600 FCFA), SAFCA Côte d'Ivoire
Ivory Coast (plus 6.27% at 1,865 FCFA), CFAO Côte d'Ivoire (plus 6.01% at 1,500 FCFA)
FCFA), SETAO Côte d'Ivoire (plus 5.93% at 1,250 FCFA) and NEI CEDA Côte d'Ivoire
(plus 4.58% at 685 FCFA).
The Flop 5 of the largest price declines was occupied respectively by
Filtisac Côte d'Ivoire shares (minus 7.42% at 2,870 FCFA), Sucrivoire Côte d'Ivoire
Ivory (minus 3.35% at 1,300 FCFA), Benin National Lottery (minus 2.56% at
3,800 FCFA), AGL Côte d'Ivoire (minus 1.01% to 1,465 FCFA) and Air Liquide Côte d'Ivoire
Ivory (minus 0.75% at 665 FCFA)
