At the end of an issue of 5-year Treasury stimulus bonds (ORD), Guinea-Bissau collected CFAF 12.020 billion on the WAEMU financial market.

WAMU-Securities indicates that the total amount of the bids amounted to 15.520 billion FCFA whereas the issuer had put in auction only 11 billion FCFA. This gives a coverage rate of the amount put up for auction of 141.09%. The amount of the retained bids is 12.020 billion FCFA and the rejected one is 3.500 billion FCFA. This gives an absorption rate of 77.45%.

Investors whose bids were accepted will find themselves with a weighted average yield of 6.14%. Repayment of the principal of the bonds will be made on the first business day following the maturity date of 14 September 2027.
