The Malian state was on the UEMOA financial market in order to meet the needs of financing its budget. The Public Treasury of this country collected the 3 September 2025, the sum of 27.5 billion FCFA following its issuance simultaneous auction of 364-day treasury bills and of 3, 5 and 7-year equivalent treasury bonds.

The amount put in The auction was 25 billion CFA francs. Global submissions were raised to 37.282 billion FCFA. What corresponds to a coverage rate of the amount put up for auction of 149.13%.

The amount of Submissions accepted are 27.5 billion FCFA and the one rejected at 9.782 billion of FCFA. This gives an absorption rate of 73.76%.

Investors whose the bids have been accepted, will end up with an average return weighted by 8.14% for good bonds, 9.22% for 3-year bonds, 7.60% for those aged 5 and 7.44% for those aged 7.

The issuer has committed to Refund vouchers issued on the first business day following the due date on September 2, 2026. Concerning the payment of interest will be made in advance and deducted from the nominal value of these vouchers.

The Malian Public Treasury On the other hand, intends to repay the principal of the bonds on the first day working according to the due date set on September 4, 2028 for those of 3 years old, on August 5, 2030 for those aged 5 and on February 20, 2032 for those aged 7 years. He will pay interest per year at a rate of 6.15% for bonds of 3 years, 6.35% for those of 5 years and 6.45% for those of 7 years of age and this from end of the first year.
