Intermediate, for delivery in October, gained 1.96% to $63.08.
According to Arne Lohmann Rasmussen, from Global Risk Management, this rise in prices “somewhat surprising” underlines that the increase in production planned by the Organization of Countries oil exporters and its allies (OPEC+) “had largely been anticipated” at the end of last week
