reached its highest level in over a week on Monday. The tin has receded
after a rise that had led it to an all-time record for this metal of
soldering.
The most active copper futures contract on
The Shanghai Futures Exchange rose by 2.50% to 103,130
yuan (14,827.97 dollars) per metric ton at 02:55 GMT, after
increased by 3.25% to 103,880 yuan, its highest

The three-month copper reference price on
London Metals Exchange rose by 0.50% to 13,180.50
dollars per ton, after touching 13,260 dollars, a high as well
in over a week.
The most traded tin futures contract at
Shanghai jumped 6.72% to 447,800 yuan per ton, after
having climbed by 10.27% to set a record of 462,720 yuan earlier
in the session.
The London pewter reference price has
however, fell by 1.89% to 55,745 dollars per ton, after reaching
a record of 57,515 dollars.

speculative purchases stimulated by supply constraints, have
