On February 13, 2026, during a ceremony solemn ceremony for the handover of rolling stock presided over by the Minister of The Economy, Alamine OUSMANE MEY, in Cameroon, the National Commission Anti-Corruption (CONAC) and the Accounts Chamber of the Supreme Court received new pick-up vehicles.

Vehicle reception, is part of the framework of the Public Finance Governance Support Project (PAGFIP) financed by the Bank Group African Development (BAD). This project is also financed to the tune of 10.22 billion FCFA by the African Fund of Development (FAD), the ADB Group's concession window. It aims to strengthen the institutional, human and material capacities of main actors in the public finance management chain.

The project also benefits the Ministry of Finances, to the Ministry of Economy, to the Ministry of Public Procurement, to Higher State Control, to the Public Procurement Regulatory Agency, to Senate, the National Assembly, as well as to organizations of society civilian.

According to the Minister, the actions implemented in This framework will contribute in particular to improving mobilization and security of government revenue, to reduce fiscal risks, to strengthen the control of budget execution, to systematize audit practices and internal and external control, while actively supporting the fight against corruption and illicit financial flows.
