The two crude benchmarks are boosted by solid demand and supply tensions stemming from geopolitical risks. Around 10:45 GMT (11:45 CET), the price of a barrel of Brent from the North Sea for delivery in April took 1.37% to 92.36 dollars. In New York, a barrel of West Texas Intermediate (WTI) for March delivery gained 1.61% to 91.72 dollars. Earlier in the session, Brent reached $92.66, and WTI $91.91, their highs for more than seven years.
