Endeavor Mining (” Endeavour”) announced that it had received the ministerial decree signed by the ministry. of the Environment, Sustainable Development and the Ecological Transition of Côte d'Ivoire, granting the necessary environmental authorizations to development of the Assafo-Dibibango (“Assafou”) gold project, located in the Tanda department.

Environmental and Social Impact Study in-depth (EIESA) is submitted during the year 2025 and is based on the project design presented in the Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) published on December 11, 2024. This study was reviewed and approved by a commission. interministerial, during its session on 30 July 2025, at which was in particular represented:

• the Ministry of Environment, Development Sustainable and Ecological Transition (including the Ivorian Antipollution Center)

;

• the Ministry of Mines, Petroleum and Energy

;

• the Ministry of Water and Forests;

• the Ministry of Health and Public Hygiene

;

• the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Security (including the National Civil Protection Office);

• the Ministry of Equipment and Maintenance Road;

• the Department of Agriculture;

• the Department of Transportation;

• and the Ministry of Economy and Finances.

Representatives of the Government, Prefects, Sub-prefects as well as coastal communities also took part in this session.

At the end of this consultation phase, the Ministry of the Environment, Sustainable Development and Transition Ecological approved EIESA in a ministerial decree signed on 30 September 2025. This approval marks an important step in obtaining the mining license from the General Directorate of Mines and Geology (DGMG). This large-scale, low-cost project of operation and with a long lifespan, should produce an average of 330,000 ounces of gold per year over the first ten years, while positioning itself in the first quarterle of the lowest costs in the sector.
