The UEMOA Commission is proceeding with the 11 ᵉ annual review of community reforms, policies, programs and projects in the Member States from Wednesday 5 to Friday 12 November 2025.

The new technical phase of the annual review of reforms will focus on the evaluation of 145 regulatory texts and 25 integration programs worth a total of 82 billion CFA francs. Les Commission technical teams are deployed in the Member States to review the status of implementation of commitments made in the implementation of Community texts and the implementation of regional projects. The objective is to measure the level of transposition, application and impact of these instruments on national economies and on convergence within the Union.

The exercise is a continuation of efforts follow-up undertaken since the establishment of this review by an Additional Act of the Conference of Heads of State and Government on 24 October 2013. Conceived as a mechanism for accountability and continuous improvement, the review annual aims to accelerate the effective implementation of reforms and to strengthen the coherence of public policies in the Community area.
