Bank of Africa (BOA) announced on Monday November 3 a capital increase of 1.078 billion dirhams (approximately 115.9 million) USD) to strengthen its financial strength. Authorized by the General Assembly extraordinary held last June at the group's head office in Casablanca, the operation was finally carried out by incorporating reserves and allocation of free shares.

According to the financial communication published by the group, the transaction involves an amount total of 1 o78 931520 dirhams, including the emission premium, achieved by incorporating reserves. On this occasion, 4495,548 new shares were granted free of charge to shareholders, at the rate of one new share for every 48 shares held.

On October 20, 2025, the Casablanca Stock Exchange carried out the adjustment of the share price on based on the previous day's closing price, set at 240 dirhams. The reference price remained unchanged after the award.

The delivery of the titles corresponding to this award free was made on 24 October 2025, in accordance with the rules in force.

For example, a shareholder with 48 shares worth 240 Dirhams ended up with 49 shares valued at the same unit price.
