on the UEMOA regional financial market, the Banque Agricole (LBA),
main Senegalese institution dedicated to the financing of rural areas, is in
the search for 80 billion FCFA (143 million $).
The bond issue, called “FCTC Croissance
Agricultural”, is open for subscription from August 28 to September 26. She has
with the aim of freeing up new resources to finance a sector
