Following its simultaneous auction 364-day equivalent treasury bills and comparable bonds from Treasure of 3 and 5 years, Mali collected the sum of 40.999 billion FCFA on November 26, 2025 on the UEMOA financial market.

The amount put up for auction was 40 billion FCFA. The overall bids from investors were 41,250 billion FCFA. Which corresponds to a coverage rate for the amount put at an auction of 103.13%.

The amount of tenders selected is 40.999 billion FCFA and that rejected at 255 million FCFA. This gives an absorption rate of 99.38%.

Investors whose bids have been selected will end up with a weighted average return is 7.52% for good ones, 9.32% for 3-year bonds and 7.79% for 5-year bonds.

The refund of BAT will be made the first working day following the date with an expiry date of November 25, 2026. With respect to the payment of interest, it is taken in advance and deducted from the nominal value of these vouchers.

The repayment of the principal of the bonds will be made for the first day. working according to the due date fixed on November 13, 2028 for those of 3 years of age and on November 13, 2030 for those aged 5. The payment of Interest will be paid per year at the rate of 6.15% for 3-year bonds and 6.35% for those aged 5 and this from the end of the first year.
